Amc 304

So I have a 1985 cj7 and a 1973 258 to rebuild to put in it. I have thought about it and read about it. I think I want to put a 304 in it. A little more power but better gas mileage over a 360 or 401. I don't have one and idk how much they go. I'm trying to get an idea on it. If anyone ha one that needs a rebuild or preferably has just a block and heads let me know what it is and price please. I can't find any where they will ship and they're not close enough to pick up. So if it's not close I would need to get it shipped. Thanks in advance.
