EGR block off plate

Where can I get one of these for my CJ7 4.2? I have a vacuum leak and think this could be where.

Thanks,
Tom

I made mine out of 1/4 steel. I used an angle grinder and a bench grinder. Looking back at it after I have done much more steel fab. it looks goofy, but hey, it works.

What I did was take the EGR off, trace the outside of the EGR plate, mark the two holes, and boom... you have a cheap, highly effective block off plate.

Another way of blocking the hole, if you still have the EGR , Remove it then find a canned drink of your choice. i preffer coke.( for 21 or older only)( pour it in a glass and add rum as nessesary.). Cut the can to be able to roll it open and flat. use the EGR to trace the locations of the bolt holes and cut accordingly with a sharp scissor. Be carefull when cutting the can, it's going to be Razor sharp. after cutting the edges and punching the holes for the bolts install this with a light coat of gasket sealer on both sides. Lay the tin on top of the EGR hole with the EGR on top and bolt it down..I've done this once and it worked well. The Rum and coke still works for me too.

You know, that would look kind of cool if you got the Pepsi sign or sprite logo. :p

I don't know if any of you guys think so, but doesn't that new Pepsi logo look like Obama's sign? I think there's a conspiracy... Wait, uh, oh yeah. EGR.
