Gear Oil changes?

Okay, i finally got around to getting someone to finally deal with my differential, transfer case, and whatever other kinds of gear oil happens to live in my jeep and things are running sooooo smooooooth now.

Not being the first owner of my jeep, i have no way to know when it was ACTUALLY changed last, so i would immagine that whatever came out musta been downright nasty!.

My question is this... How often SHOULD i be getting this stuff changed? Especially on an Older Jeep?

if your axle seals are bad you should change it after every offroad outing..not sure about the t-case or transmission...once a year maybe?

some people say 7500 for diffs... some people go to say 10,000 for diffs, some people say 15,000 for diffs.... i do it twice a year for diffs, and once a year for transfercase.. but.. i check the levels quite often
