I'm moving to Denver in a week and a half and might end up towing my Jeep behind the Uhaul. If I end up with one of those tow dollies that gets the front two wheels off the ground is there anything I need to do besides put the transfer case in neutral. U-Haul's site said something about disconnecting the rear driveshaft but I don't want to do this if I don't have to. Anyone ever done this before or have any recommendations for the ideal towing set-up?

I remember watching on one the videos Jeep gives you when you buy a new one that you don't have to remove the driveshaft, just put the T-case in neutral and put the transmission in gear.

The owner's manual and most jeepers don't recommend using a tow dolly without removing the rear driveshaft. I disconnect my rear driveshaft when i dolly, and just tie it up without removing it from the transfer case. Takes about 5 minutes to do, and 5 minutes to reconnect.

I now flat-tow my YJ with a towbar, and it's transfer case in neutral and transmission in gear for a stick and park for an auto.
