workspace/garage rental?

Hello all,

So I live in San Fransisco and as you can probably imagine space is at a premium. If you're in the area do you know of any garage or workspace rental places that would allow a vehicle and welder to be next to each other? I can mostly just find 'fine art' spaces to rent. I already know about the TechShop but not quite sure it fits my needs.

Have you thought of a storage unit large enough to pull your jeep into? Here in virginia they rent for about 100 a month with electricity.
