steering stabilizer

i was thinking about getting one for my 96 zj. i've only got a 2" bb on it, will it make a difference at all? i can feel that i should get it aligned sometime soon. i'm not looking for a huge difference, i mean i've found them for less than $40, just wondering if its completely pointless or not. thanks in advance!

If your steering wheel is a little loose or It tends to move a little more than normal when you hit a bump it may be worth it. I am planning to get one for my 94ZJ. The newer ZJ's steering is lot tighter than the one I usally drive. I aways tend to oversteer/understeer when I switch jeeps with the wife. I'm hoping this may correct this. My 94 is lifted with front to rear swap the 97 is still stock height however the 97 steering has always been tighter. let us know your results if you decide to get one.
