Well, found the darn rattle that I have been trying to find for past 2+ years... (just lived with it then from time to time would see if i could find anything) It was a rattle like a loose guard or something would rattle more when rpms would go up then down whith the rpms. Well to get to the point, it ended up being the o2 sensor in front of the muffler and cat converter. was loose. after all this time looking and trying to figure it out. It's nice though to drive with the windows down and not hear it. 
Just thought would post in case anyone else had that rattle.
