We have a 1998 sport. It has part time 4 wheel drive. Was this the only option on the 1998? I had a 1988 Wagoneer limited for 9 years with 180,000 miles on it. It was great except for an oil gasket problem. the problem is the 4wheel drive is different on the 1998. It only has the part-time 4 wheel drive and I don't like it. It seems to grab alot, which we found out with the first snowfall of the year. the 88 handled so well in the snow. thats why we got another one, but the 4 wheel drive doesn't seem right. especially going from pavement to snow and back again and during a storm you can't keep switching it back and forth. Any suggestions.[addsig]
