I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.2L V8 with 113000km. A problem has recently occurred that when the Engine is hot and turned off for a few minutes, when restarted it sometimes idles extremely rough, like its running on 3 cylinders. When idling rough, I tried stepping on the gas and sometimes after a few seconds, it will start running properly.
I have cleaned the Throttle Body and replaced the fuel filter. I originally thought it was a bad tank of gas but that was problem re-occurred after several tanks.
There is no "check engine" indication.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you ever heard the term, cold air is horsepower? try rerouting your air intake to the front grill area, i did it with 4" alum flex pipe, on a 55 ford prostreet f-100 with a 429 bb it wouldnt idle, did that, no more problem. no air when sitting still, engine's just sucking it's own heat. try it youll like it!
