96 cherokee good fuel pump,relay no start

I gotta 96 cherokee 4.0 liter good new fuel pump, new fuel filter and strainer, good fuel relay but pump not putting out any fuel, you know if there is another fuse associated with the fuel pump besides the relay under the hood? or what the problem could be?

Could be something else but, the fuel rail will prime for a couple of seconds when the key is turned to run on the way to start. The the fuel pump relay won't close again until the computer gets a signal from the CPS.
The CPS in my 96 was shorted across two legs and caused the same problem you are describing. The two legs that were shorted were the two not usually tested, in the book specified ohm test. Took me awhile to figure that one out.
