Great book for Cherokee owners

A few days ago I ordered on Amazon a book entitled High-Performance Jeep Cherokee XJ Builder's Guide by Eric Zappe.

I received the book yesterday and, as a newbie to the Jeepster world, it is a great book to have. He shares in sufficient detail about suspension lifts, axles and differentials, skid plates, fender trimming, wheels and tires and much more. Many photos and how-tos and well as profiles on a number of Cherokees and how they were modified for different usages.

I highly recommend this book.

I've had a copy for years. Most of what I do is beyond this book but it's still a great reference and for someone just starting out it's a treasure chest of knowledge.

Thanks for the recommendation, just ordered a copy from Amazon UK 8)

I recently picked up a secondhand copy of You & Your Jeep Cherokee by Dave Pollard - Haynes UK.
It's the story of the Cherokee in the UK.

I'm another Jeep newbie
