dash removal help

So I have a 88 Cherokee and the blower motor caught fire and burnt all the paneling up on the passenger side... so what is the best way to pull my dash or atleast get the cover off duct work on that side

how bad is it? if its salvageable try to get it off the way it should come out, if not just try and get it out the best you can

I not sure how to get the dash off

i would say start taking all the covers under the dash off, all the trim pieces, radio, gauges, and glove box, and then try to find the screws holding it in. Im sure there has to be some on the top of the dash, and most definitely under it. I can't give much more help them that since i have only ever taken the gauge cluster and radio and a/c controls out of a car before
