Disc brake conversion
Looking at picking up a Grampa jeep that has not even set foot in the dirt!
94 jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 with 104,000 milesI can see that the rear end is the Chrysler 10 1/4 27 spline I believe. Has anyone done a disc brake conversion on one of these?

Re: Disc brake conversion
Can't believe nobody chimed in on this and nobody has done this one
I haven't heard of too many of these early rear ends blowing up on the trail.
Found plenty of information on another site.
Thanks anyways,Greg.

Ya. You can get disc brakes off a liberty they had the 8.25.

And besides. Drum brakes are better in my eyes. They just don't dissipate heat good. They have way more surface area. And don't get packed with mud like disc do.
