Installing new instrument cluster

My daughters 2001 Grand Cherokee Laredo was recently vandalized. Broken rear passenger window with a rock that was thrown so hard it flew to the front of the car and broke the plastic over the instrument cluster. I have a new one on order but am wondering if this is pretty much plug and play to install.

You can install the new cluster yourself and take it to a dealer to program the VIN and Odometer so that the PCM doesn't see a mismatch on the configuration.
