Grand Cherokee hiss

My friend has a 2002 Grand Cherokee and it has a "hiss" sound, like a tire leaking, by the drivers side rear area, ONLY when it's running ! Any ideas what to check? The fuel return line maybe? Thanks. Gary.

The first thing I'd check for is a vacuum leak around the intake manifold.
