Help with Brake pads and rotors

Not on rotors and pads. If you get calipers, there will likely be a core charge.

Another thing to remember... Are they giving you a lifetime guarantee because the pads are just that damn good? Or, is it because they know that those "guaranteed" pads are going to eat up your rotors? It's all economics and remember, "Nothing is ever free!" But hey this is just my cynicism showing!
