1997 Jeep grand charokee

My 97 4.0 runs like it’s cammed but it’s not it’s got a new fuel pump head gasket idle air control sensor tps and map sensor and all new fuel injectors and fuel rail and new ecm still runs the same it idles at 2k and jumps down and up need help been trying stuff for 3 months

High idle is often intake/vacuum leak. Did the intake seat correctly? Everything hooked up properly?
Take a can of carb cleaner and spray around the head gasket, And every intake to head connection. All intake vac ports. And vac lines esp the one that goes the the vac reservoir under the battery.
