1990 Jeep Cherokee

I have a 1990 Jeep Cherokee Limited. The previous owner did a hack wiring job on the headlights and tail lights. It created a meltdown on my Fuse block. I have replaced the fuse block and under dash wiring harness. When I attempt to start the jeep all my gauges and other systems seem to start just fine but it will not attempt to start at all. I replaced the starter relay thinking it was that but I believe it may be the ignition fusible link. I was wondering where its located and if anyone has another suggestion. Any help is appreciated.

At the starter relay, it should have juice at the "I" pin (dark green wire) when the key is turned to start. It should have constant power to the B or Batt connection (large red qwire). the G pin (black with white stripe) should go to ground when the shifter is in park or neutral.
You can follow the B or Batt connection back to the fusible links. Which fusible link is for what sub system is anybodies guess, I've never really figured it out.
