Transmission Problems

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 195,000 miles on it. It is a 4x4 with a 4 speed automatic transmission. My problem is that it won't shift out of 3rd gear when it's cold. Sometimes I can drive 20 miles or more before it will go into 4th. I have changed the trans oil but the problem is still there. Has anyone got a cure????

after driveing 30 miles the temp is 195 degrees, that should be warm enough.

Does it get to temp fast though. Is your tv cable adjusted proper? I will look at a hydraulic chart tonight. It may have a gov circuit leaking or something
