NEED fuse location #

any one know what # fuse the cigarette lighter is ? in a 2006 liberty
need it for my phone charger
figure maybe someone knows saving me having to go through each fuse one by one theres like 30 fuses in the box

Fuse # 31 and #3 in the junction block are the fuses for the instrument panel ACC/ Cig lighter. Fuse#16 is for the rear.
