    Start run lights problem

If I turn on my lights the engine will die. Turn the lights off runs fine. Remove the park lights fuse and turn on head light and it runs fine. Replace the park light fuse engine dies? I have no clue where to go on this one.

    Re: Start run lights problem

You got a wire wrong somewhere. Have you done any wiring in the engine bay prior to this issue starting or taken it to a shop for some kind of wire repair? It sounds like something in the ignition system is hooked up to a light accidentally and when you turn the lights on, it grounds the ignition
no more jeeps at this time. next time it will be a cj with a v8

Check and clean your battery terminals and wires. Clean the opposite ends of the ground wires at the engine and body, have your battery load tested. Also, verify your battery is grounded.
