No crank 04 liberty. Stealership stall

04 liberty won't crank in driveway and towed after I checked everything I could. dash lights work except gas guage. Starter checked, great voltage at battery (new), checked key actuator, replaced and flashed pcm, checked relays and all fuses in both panels, dealership in fairmont wv is saying its a wiring issue. I said run new wire from key switch actuator to pcm. They said this won't work but I know differently. I'm a car guy and fix my own stuff. Problem is I'm 600 miles away. Any history on where and what to check. No codes since its new flashed pcm. Gladly gift something to author of fix here. Anyone have an extra scud missle?

Check all fuses and grounds. Be sure grounds to the block and body are shiny clean.

You could jumper your battery to the starter to verify the starter is not the issue.

When you turn the key, do you hear the fuel pump?
