Lifting an xj help and opinions?!

I'm building a 99 xj sport, ive got a rusy's off road 4.5 inch lift it says I can clear 33inch tires but I want to stuff a bigger tire under it, my question is what would I have to do to clear say a 35 or maybe a little bigger?? any input is appreciated thank you.

Im gunna trim the fender I have a feeling I'll lose some flex range but I'm going for the look with the build I'm doing.

definitely trimming the fenders will help. if you're looking for 35 or bigger you probably should go with a 6" lift

What he said....you can hack 35s maybe, but it wont be pretty, any bigger, and you will need lots of money to pile between the axle and the frame.
