Replacing the door handle

I have factory full steel doors on my 95 YJ and I need to replace the outer door handle. Anyone know of any easy ways to do it? There aren't any instructions, the Clinton manual doesn't have anything and its alot more difficult then I thought.

Another pretty cool Zuki.

It is a pain in the arse. Pull off the inner padded door panel. It is kinda hard to explain whats on the inside of the door. Some steal rods and springs. I can hardly remember what else is in there. I did it about a year ago to my cj.
