Lift blocks? In the rear they are fine, but never in the front. The stresses put on those Ubolts when turning are huge. A block can split or shear the pin and spit out....causing a total loss of control. I made some blocks for a guy one time that the Ubolts passed through so there wasn't any chance of them coming out unless they sheared the Ubolts, and then your screwed anyway so it wouldn't matter......but I still wouldn't run them. Lift blocks contribute to springwrap too. That's not so much of a concern in the back, where you'll have a traction bar anyway with the SOA.
Front lift blocks are generally considered to be a bad idea. If I'm not mistaken, they are illegal to run in some states.

I need to find someone around here who knows how to make a traction bar being that I definetely can't and do not have the machinery to do it.
