how do I get rid of springwrap

I put a Rough Country 3" lift on my gals 93 YJ 5 speed 4.0 last year and I am starting to get some terrible spring wrap. At first I thought it may of been the U-joints so I replaced and greased them up to no avail. Seems every time I try to duplicate the noise with someone with me it wount do it. Just as soon as I'm by myself it feels like the rear dif is gonna come thru the floor. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thanks, Frank Go Steelers

XJ owner's curiosity...

never heard of spring wrap on a SUA jeep, but I assume the remedy would be the same as an SOA jeep. Go get a traction bar and that should help out alot. I would make sure it def. is spring wrap though... those tration bars sell for like 250 bucks!

they are not hard to make.. inexpensive too
