Turn Signal Problem

97 TJ-Help! My Left Turn Signal Flashing Causes The Odometer And Radio Lights To Flash. When I Turn The Headlight Switch On(either Parking Lights Or Headlights) The Left Turn Signal Won't Flash. Hazards Flashing Also Cause The Odometer And Radio Lights To Flash. I Replaced The Multifunction Switch-problem Still There!

I'd start by taking apart the taillight assemblies and cleaning them well to remove any corrosion, and check for shorts.
