91 Wrangler won't start

I have a 91 wrangler with a multi-port injected 2.5. It has 39 lbs. fuel pressure and good spark. The fuel injectors are not getting any signal. I'm a decent mechanic but I can't find any wiring schematics. It seems I have a rare engine package. I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thanks.

Not a rare setup, very similar to most '91-'94 2.5L MPFI setups. Likely a minifuse in the PDC, or the ASD relay circuit.
