exhaust manifold?

got a question i own a 84 cj7 and i have recently takin my stock exhaust manifold off to install my new carb now while tryin to put it back on i cant get a wrench or socket iin the spaced between teh exhaust manifold and the intake manifold any idea on how to tighten these bolts??[addsig]

you could try and replace the bolts with allen headed bolts.. use an allen key to turn them... get the longest key you can so you can get some torque on them... this is what i had to do on my beach buggy when i went with a big tube exhaust.. it worked fine..

On headers, like canuk said, found some allen heads in stainless steel (looked neat), used summit manifold washers (locks) to help keep them from backing out from time to time (reduces re-torqueing). Had to notch a washer or two, with a grinder.[addsig]
