89 cherokee Hesitation after new motor

Hello, i am new to this newsgroup, anyway i have a 89 jeep cherokee limited i had to put a motor in, it has a new rebuilt Jasper motor, all new coolant acessories, all new vacume lines, fuel and ignition, except for coil, when cold, it ildes little low, and bucks at low speed, and when warm at highway speeds, and is intermitent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
