cj7 passenger side seat

I have a 1980 cj7 v8 4spd. the passenger side seat doesn't lock down i think it is missing a spring or something. so if i wreck whoever is sitting there is going through the windshield. I was hoping someone had a picture of underneath the seat of diagram of some kind so i can get it back to normal! thanks so much!

my 75 was made that way to make it easier to let someone into the back seat. if the seat belt if properly mounted and worn, it would hold everything down. I actually rigged something up where I bolted the back of the seat to the floor because my wife didn't like the wiggle it had. if you want a pic, pm me your email, as i sadly don't know how to post pics here.
