yj hesitating and then kicks in

I have a 95 yj 4.0. Been having issues I cannot figure out. Has 62mm hesco throttle body, spacer, cold air intake, New hesco adjustable fuel regulator, new plugs cap rotor, fuel filter, timing dead on at 14, no vacuum leaks.

Jeep hesitates and then kicks in like nothings wrong under acceleration. Will back fire when I tac it our in first and second gear. Also when I start it in the morning it loops u and down like I'm pressing the gas pedal and letting off. Almost stalls but doesnt! It seems like I'm have no power and then it kicks in as im driving. very laggy. I cannot figure out where to go next. HELP!:???:

Try checking your fuel pump if its FI it could be low psi in the fuel rail.

Could be time for a new TPS or you have a vacuum leak (or bad brake booster)

i have the same problem in my 92 j 2.4.
let me know if u figure it out. i thought i burnt some cylinder heads or something from my exhaust leak a while back... idk
