99 TJ, considering lift, some quick questions

I have a 99 TJ. I want to put a 3T lift from teraflex on my jeep. I also want to buy 33x12.5x15 wrangler MT/Rs. The questions I have are:

1) will the tires fit on my rims, they're the upgraded stock jeep rims
2) will I need new shocks
3) will my tires rub (i've seen things that say the tires will fit, but i want to know for sure)

I am going to drive this jeep on the road a lot but I'm from utah and you know what that means. I plan on exploring Moab and some other trails in and around the rockies, so I need a vehicle that will get me into (and out of) plenty of trouble.

Todd,
I live in SLC so I know what your getting at. OK I'll try to answer your questions:
First- Yes your tires will fit on the stock wheel; but they will 'balloon' on the sidewalls, so as soon as you can afford more wide wheels get them.
Second- Yes you will need new shocks if you want to get the most out of your suspension(increased articulation, more stability)
Third-On full compression your tires will rub the flares a little bit, but nothing too serious. (getting different wheels will help.
