2001 jeep wrangler 4.0 p0301

I know this is a common issue with these jeeps. Cylinder 1 Misfire. I can not figure it out!!! I have changed crank sensor, cam sensor and synchronizer, tps, idle air control valve, ignition coil, spark plugs, and switched the injectors around. It doesn't happen as often now but once or twice a week it will come on an jeep goes into limp mode. wont rev past 3000 Rpm. any suggestions?

The only things you didn't mention are the valves, intake or exhaust leak.

Ive checked for leaks with a smoke machine and spraying around the manifold with brake cleaner while its running. compression is fine. I know it has to be electrical. I can shut it off and start it back up while driving and the limp mode goes away. It runs like nothing happened.
