Frame swap

I have a 98 4.0 auto with the upstate ny rotted frame edition . I have purchased a 98 4 cyl 5 sod frame that is very useable . How many other issues will I need to adresse ,motor mounts , stearing stem and bracket , fuel pump . Are there any other issues I'll come across ? I have both frames side by side and am starting to swap over . I Ny if you want a clean jeep ya gotta build one .

My son & I swapped frames on his CJ7 a few years ago. We just took everything from the keeper & swapped whatever didn't match on the donor.
