Fan speed works, vent control works,
Air works put it seems like temp control doesn't change temp. Heat doesn't work at all. I am getting hot water to the inlet side of the heater. Any idea what may be wrong??

I'd start by waiting until the Jeep is cool (very important) and then removing the radiator cap and checking the coolant level. Very low coolant would cause the heater to not work.

Another option is that your heater core is clogged. which would prevent the heat from working.

Good news is that the heater core is only $60

plus the price of coolant.

3-4 yrs seems awfully early for a heater core to get plugged although I suppose if the cooling system has been neglected .....
Can you verify if the blend door opens/closes?

I agree, check blend door operation. also id flush the entire system before changing the core. If that has buildup it all has buildup.
Do not mix coolant types. This =sludge in many cases.
