Harmonic Balancer squeal

Have a squeal that is worse at start up. The all pulleys are okay and the serpentine belt is new and tight. A screwdriver next to the balancer and my ear I can hear the squeal. My 98 Wrangler 4.2 has the sensor for the injection timing. My question is does the balancer and sensor come off in one piece or two? Is there anything else that would cause the squeal?

The only thing that I can think of that is squealing would be a slipping belt on the pulley. Is the belt tensioner within specification?

The belt tension is good as is the belt. Could this be a engine bearing?

Isnt the balancer on the crank? Evidently the squeaking can be a sign of a failing balancer....

Use the water spray method. With the engine running and noise happening.
Safely spray a stream of water on the belt . If the sound stops the belt is loose. If not then pick a pulley. Cautiously Spray the center of the pulley. Do it from a distance do you do not get hurt by the moving parts.
When the noise disappears you found the pulley.

On TJ spp02 or 03 to 06 have screaming monkeys when the ODPA starts to fail.
