Cat-Back systems

I have a 2000 TJ 4.0 with an automatic. I'm thinking about putting on a cat back system. I was wondering if it's worth the money to go with a Borla, Banks, Gibson etc. or just to stay with a high flow muffler. I have a K&N FIPK intake system.
Thanks,
Derrel

Do not get borla system!!!

Waste of money, I put it on my YJ and ya it sounds nice and the bit more grunt was welcomed, but the exhaust tip (which i kinda liked) rusted out in less than a month, and the only stainless item is the strap bands and the muffler! If you just buy a borla muffler and weld it up, that would be 100X more cost effective and get the same results.

OH ya the system was about two months old and I put a huge dent in that pretty muffle courtousy of a tree stump! get something you won't mind destroying!

I had a flowmaster put on and had them replace everything behind it. It was a lot cheeper than the Cat Backs and the Flowmaster is build strong. I think it would take a pretty good lick.
