or is it just me? I don't have any of the "xp" look anymore... no side menu, no top menu... no way to get to the home page! maybe it's a work in progress... but I liked the look of the other one, not to mention a link home, and to the message boards main page.

Look up top and Click Minimize that will put the Ads and stuff back on.

You can change the look of the board under your "profile", look for "board style" in "preferences".
