just got the latest broken thing fixed on my TJ yesterday when I installed the JKS disconnects to replace a broken linkage. so today I decided to take the doors off over lunch since it was nice out. well when I tried to take the nut off of the hinge bolt the bolt twisted and snapped right off. so now that's broken. given, i'm probably not going to fix it unless it starts rattling real bad or something, but it just figures. i'm starting to wonder if they didn't made the 97s entirely of cast aluminum. :wink:
