I had the unfortunate experience of having to be a part of this. This psycho was caught 45 minutes into his rampage thru our city, but the whole thing took place in Delaware eaqrlier in the morning then he came to Maryland. Now it sounds like he is trying to make himself look insane, when he is actually just a career criminal. At bond review yesterday he was cursing at people and yelling so the judge told him to shut up or he would eliminate his ability to speak. Psycho turns around and says, "i will eliminate you". This is another person who should be strung up in a tree and made example of. And to top it off this was over a dog fight rom the night before he lost.
