Have you ever had a can of spray paint just spring a leak in the side of the can?

Earlier today about 1/4 of the way up the side of the can a pinhole leak formed. It hissed and sprayed paint for app 10 min. It was stored in a cabinet in the garage. No evidence of a bump, scratch or dent.
