Is this really worth it?

I stopped the other day and looked at this Cherokee. It looks pretty nice.

The description of the ad really doesn't say anything but overall it runs nice.

No I will keep that of course. I will not get rid of the wrangler until every bolt gets stripped and the axles snap. But anyways, is has the 6cyl. in it I believe.
