NEW 2009 SRT8 Challenger sells for $29.1K - Dodge Challenger Forum: Challenger & SRT8 Forums

Talk about a bull**** situation. We should show this guy our support. I've read the thread and the buyer won the bid fair and square, but now the dealer is trying to back out citing that their webmaster made a mistake with the listing. The problem is, the buyer won the bid and already sent the deposit (which the dealership 'refuses to take') and at this point it becomes a legally binding contract.

Thoughts?

I would call a lawyer, but this here can screw him.

All they have to do is lie and say it sold before the auction closed.Write a few papers and back date them, then after every thing blows over say the person backed out of the deal. With no reserve on it hopefully he can win.
