I added a 2" lift to my XJ today and needed info on a coil spring compressor tool. I found the info I needed in a hurry at good ole Jeepz.com. Thanks.

BTW, O'Reily Auto Parts in Billings, MT let me use a strut spring compressor at no charge (the regular coil spring compressor tool won't work for the front of the XJ). I just had to buy the tool as a deposit and 100% was refunded when I returned it. I have heard Autozone does the same thing but we don't have one of those stores in Billings.

Glad the Z was able to help.

BTW I've had good luck installing up to 4" springs with no compressors. Taller than 4" springs without compressors but the control arms have to come off.
