2012 Jeep VIN changes

It would appear there have been some changes to the way VINs are handled. Before 2012 Jeep VINs looked like:
1J4RS4GG4BC549XXX

Now, it appears they look like:
1C4BJWEG9CL103XXX

Does anyone know how to decode these new VINs? I've found some Grand Cherokee info on the web, but nothing for the other models.

If you know how to decode these new vins then shoot me a PM. I'd like to get our VIN Decoder working for 2012+ models

I'll see what I can find at work. I dispatch for a tow company andy boss always finds stuff like that. Give me a day or so and I should have it.

Thanks man. I spent last night comparing vins between different model Wranglers and Grand Cherokees, and made some guesses as to what each character means, but those are pretty much just guesses.

My boss and I have checked all our sources and none have the breakdown yet. Haven't given up yet though. Let's keep our fingers crossed that we can find it.
