I have a TJ with half doors I started with the stock upper doors but they where way to loud so I bought the upper doors with the sliding glass they where a lot quiter but the edges of the doors don't line up well with the top so the seal is not very tight plus the glass in the diver side window is making noise when I hit any imperfection in the road so my question is has anyone had experence with the fiber glass doors and are they worth it or should I just look for a set of full does instead

I've never used fiberglass uppers, but I imagine for the price of them you'd probably be coming close to the cost of some full doors.
Nothing beats full doors for the winter time - where you don't plan on taking them off. I have both full doors and half and love this setup.

but you may be able to find a deal on craigslist
Some people have been able to run CJ / YJ full doors on their TJs, but they may not line up as well.
