heater blower

Morning. My wife has a 08 Liberty Limited 3.7 4x4.
The heater blower/motor is not pushing any air on heat or AC. Fuses all look good,less I missed one...
Electric cooling fan kickes on when I put in on AC and I can hear the ducts opening and closing when I move switch.:???:

Is the blower kicking on? I know you said the electric fan but that's out on the radiator. How about the motor inside behind the glove box?

I don't know how much difference there is with my 99 TJ, but the same thing happened to me. All I had to do was run a new ground to the blower motor.

No blower inside cab at all,nada workie...
Is there another fuse box I am missing besides one under the hood?
Thought there was another one??
