Add some lighting and call it "High-Lite"

Oh! you got an easy one. I got a 94yj that whistles except when it rains and it's driving me crazy.
I even went so far as driveing with a funnel in my ear to locate it. I cannt think of a name for mine, Well maybe whistling *****.
