Recently I replaced my headlight low beam Halogen bulbs with LED bulbs.

But after driving for couple days I noticed that my lights are pointing too high.

I am trying to understand what may cause an issue: 1. Either I need to adjust the height 2. Or I need to rotate/flip my bulbs 180 degree around? Or maybe it is something else?

LED bulbs I bought: Novsight LED Headlight Bulbs LED headlight light B dual color - H4/HB2/9003- 40w -8,000Lm-3k Yellow Light/6K White CREE.

I looked at LED for another vehicle. I read they are not as good as halogen at 500 ft. I think it's due to the reflection and they only light on two sides.

You might try twisting them in the housing.
Also if the 'bulb' is longer or shorter than the halogen the light will reflect in a different pattern. Projector light housings can correct this. If you have projectors then you need to adjust. At that point go HID with projectors.
